- All persons or firms doing business in Polk County that fail to obtain a county local business tax receipt or a have valid exemption.
- All persons or firms engaged in short-term or vacation rental home activities that fail to remit tourist development taxes.
- All persons or firms advertising a fire, going out of business, or liquidation sale in Polk County that fail to obtain a going out of business permit.
To report any person or firm that has failed to meet one or more of the above requirements, please provide as much information as possible. Examples of the kind of information to provide include, but are not limited to: The name of the business, business owners name, location at which the business is operating, telephone number(s), website address, email address, social media page(s), etc.
